Our Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is if you are not thrilled with your Kozy items, you may return them within 7 days for a refund or exchange.  We cannot give refunds or returns on personalized orders. If arrangements have been made for an item that has been personalized a 30% restocking fee will be applied plus our shipping cost.

We cannot accept items that have been washed or used.
 Please call first for an authorization number.

 I just wanted to say thank you for my beautiful minky blankets. I first saw one of your blankets at a friends play date. The fabric was so soft I could not stop touching it! I went home that day and went to your web site and order 4 blankets 2 for my daughter and 2 for my new nephew. I am a thrifty shopper and was thrilled when I compared your prices and services with a few other sites! Wow big difference, I got a bigger size blanket with free shipping and free embroidery for less than that other sites wanted for just a blanket no shipping or embroidery. I have you on my must have list for gifts to friends and family. Your products being made in the USA is also very important to me!
